Rock City Fitness group training sessions are safe and effective, but that doesn't mean boring or run-of-the-mill. The full body, strength-based workouts are just the right combination of tough and entertaining. Workout themes and focus are updated on a monthly basis, keeping the workouts fresh and your body working towards new achievements. While there is a specific workout of the day, it can be adjusted for individual abilities. The goal is for group training to have benefits similar to 1 on 1 training.
Group sessions last about 45 minutes. Clients may sign up with a drop-in fee, session passes or a monthly membership. Eight weekly class times are available:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday -- 7:00 and 10:00 AM
Tuesday and Thursday -- 5:00 PM
