Consecutive jump rope reps without missing. Reps are counted in a running total over the course of normal training sessions. Every 5,000 reps earns Knapp's Donuts for the team!
Run three consecutive days. Day 1, run 1 mile. Day 2, run a 5k. Day 3, run a 10k.
Perform four exercise segments: Body weight, Strength Training, Spartan Obstacles and Cardio in 60 minutes or less.

Max consecutive reps of leg press. Men will use 450 lbs. and women 270 lbs.
Basketball shooting contest. Earn points based on eight shot locations. You must shoot from at least 5 different locations. Total points earned in 60 seconds.
Max time holding a plank.
Complete at least 8 workouts each of Benchmode, Squatober and Deadcember within a 6 month period.
Time to complete the 10 DEKA workout stations.
