1 on 1 training is by appointment. You will always have a detailed, focused session tailored to your current ability and goals. Rock City 1 on 1 training is very customized. The timeline, frequency and cost is unique to each individual.
Sessions last 45-55 minutes. You will warm up with foam rolling, stretching and muscle activation. Then you'll work on the core and major muscles of the upper and lower body. Many sessions finish with an exercise that has a higher metabolic demand - one that gets your heart rate and breathing up. 1 on 1 workouts have a nice balance of muscle building and calorie burning benefits. Clients can schedule personal training sessions with a drop in purchase, session passes or a monthly membership. Rock City clients schedule 1-3 sessions a week, with twice a week being the most common.
